What do I need to bring with me to our session?
SANGLUI CREATIVE, will only be offering “on-location”/“on site” shoots for our NYFW sessions. These locations are chosen by our clients. Although sessions are not themed, clients are to come dressed ready to shoot within in their desired look. Be sure to pack confidence and a smile!

What comes included within my package?
Prices start at $100 for 20 minutes, and then $125 for 45 minutes.
20 MINUTE PACKAGES INCLUDES: 1 look, a digital gallery to select frames from, 10 frames that will be received digitally.
60 MINUTE PACKAGES INCLUDES: 2 looks, a digital gallery to select frames from, 20 frames that will be received digitally.
Prices are determined by the number of looks a client chooses and not by location.

Where will our session be held? Are you limiting to certain areas?
Locations are completely determined by the clients. Creative fee covers travel within 5 miles of photographer's hotel in Manhattan, NY on 32nd St. Any location outside of these limits will be subject to an additional charge of $.58/mile as part of the agreement.

Can I change looks within the 20 MIN shoot?
We encourage you to upgrade from the “20MIN” package to the “60MIN” package, which comes provided with two looks.
Now, you are welcomed to switch outfits within your shoot, however SANGLUI CREATIVE is not obligated to extend the session if the client runs out of time.
We do not encourage our clients to rush their shoots. This not only puts pressure on our provided photographer but, can serve as a distraction to the client.

Can my friends join the shoot as well?
Friends and family of the client are welcome to come and support during the client’s session. However, the photographer provided by SANGLUI CREATIVE is only obligated to capture images of the paying client. The photographer provided by SANGLUI CREATIVE is not obligated to extend the session if the client runs out of time.
If clients would like to shoot in groups, we suggest you to review our group packages, and split the cost between the members of the group.

My group is interested in booking for "TWO LOOKS" but only see the "ONE LOOK" available. Why is this, and how can we book for the "TWO LOOK" session?
We understand that shows delay, brunches run over, beauty sleep is needed and opportunities to network happen. To ensure that SANGLUI CREATIVE can accommodate you and your party, we split the payment for the "TWO LOOKS". You and your party will book for your first session and once decided on the day and time for your second you'd like to schedule your session, SANGLUI CREATIVE will send you a new booking link with the remaining balance to be paid.

Will you be providing us with prints from our session or digital copies?
Unfortunately, we are not offering prints for our NYFW sessions. However, clients can receive a flash drive with their selected frames. (An offer that is already included with their session). SANGLUI CREATIVE will mail flash drives five(5) business days after clients have already received their digital files.

How can I receive more frames, than offered with the package that I plan on selecting?
Yes, extra frames are offered in increments of 10, and cost $50 per set.
If extra frames are selected when original session frames are chosen then, the client will receive all files digitally and on a flash drive.
If extra frames are selected after SANGLUI CREATIVE has already posted the client’s flash drive, the extra frames will only be delivered digitally to the client.
EXAMPLE: Blogger Jane Doe of “Life with Jane”, wants to order 15 extra frames with her session, this will cost her $75. Jane selected these photos after choosing her original 10 frames, Jane will only receive her extra 15 files digitally.

Can I request unedited versions of my photos?
We takes pride in the quality of our work provided to our clients. All photos are lightly retouched but not heavily processed, to ensure that our clients receive proper quality work from SANGLUI CREATIVE.

Do you require your photos to have a watermark even if credit is given under the blog post?
We are to able provide photos without watermarks, however, we ask that our work is properly credited SANGLUI CREATIVE and the photographer of our client’s session.
