Q: When will i get my photos? Clients will receive their edited images 7 - 10 business days after they have selected their final images. However, a rush fee is available for clients who would like to receive the photos sooner.
Q: How will I receive my final images? After you have selected your final images within your private gallery, we will electronically send over the edited images via a WeTransfer link.
Q: Can I have all the unedited photos? We do not provide our clients unedited images as quality is important to us. However, you do have the opportunity to purchase additional images to accompany your final gallery.
Q: What should I bring to my session? GINGRCO, LLC only does “on-location” / “on site” shoots for our graduation sessions. These locations are chosen by our clients. Although sessions are graduation themed, clients are to come dressed ready to shoot within in their desired look. Be sure to pack confidence and a smile! (Oh yeah, bring a change of shoes if you’re going to be wearing heels!)
Q: Can we reschedule the weather is bad? Most certainly! No one wants to be caught in the rain. In the event that it is projected to rain on your scheduled date, we will connect with you on the best time to reschedule and our latest availabilities.
Q: Do you offer group sessions? We are more than capable of accommodating groups for our graduation sessions. Group rates vary based on the number of individuals within the group. It is in the group's best interest to have a member of the group to contact us as soon as possible to secure a date.
